1. National Highway No. 3 (southwards)→Get off at Xindian Interchange and go straight after turning right→Go straight along Zhongzeng Road after turning right at the first traffic light→Go forward along Beixin Road for about 800 meters after turning left at the second traffic light→Turn right entering Bitan Bridge→Turn left entering the west bank of Biatn Road after crossing the bridge. 2. National Highway No. 3 (northwards)→Keep right and get off at Ankeng Interchange→Turn left entering Ankang Road→Turn right before Bitan Bridge and drive along Bitan Road. 3. Roosevelt Road, Taipei→Beixin Road, Xindian→Turn right to Bitan Bridge→Turn left to the west bank of Bitan Road after crossing the bridge. 4. Huanhe Expressway, Taipei→Go straight along Huanhe Road to its end, Xindian→Turn right entering Bitan Bridge→Cross Bitan Bridge and turn left entering Bitan Road.
